• The pain and swelling starts at 4 hours, peaks at 24 hours, and improves after 48 hours.
• Long-term sun exposure increases the risk of skin cancer and causes aging of the skin.

Im back...and tired.

Alot has gone on. Too much stff to even begin to type out. Ill start by saying my foot is asleep. Now that we have that out of the way... well i dont have too much to say since im very very tired an i need sleep but ill say a bit. Im almost 18 so eat it...18= adult. Very excited about that. Spring Break beach trip is in the works...anynoe that wants to go let me know and you can. I met a boy. This boy is very very good. I got a prom dress and it is fabulous. Michael Buble' is probably one of my new favorite singers. Im 2nd chair all county but im not going cause i have to work. I work at Captain D's now. Yea so much....too much news to tell...i guess youll see as things unfold and perhaps better understand the person that is me....ah im tired

well guys in all the excitment of life i forgot about good ol xanga...that which comforts us in hard times and lets us share our joy with our peers.

well gosh lots has kinda happened. getting to know new people is amazingly awesome. i wish life didnt have to be as hard as it is on people some times. its crazy how much we investing in things only to have them be taken away from us and we are so concerned that we have been robbed that we dont see that in its place is opportunity that is 10x greater. so always rejoice in everything that you have and welcome new things with open arms because you never know how wonderful they might turn out to be.
